Course overview
Fire is one of the few workplace emergencies that can change character in seconds. A small flame in a waste bin can remain manageable, or it can ignite wall linings, involve electrical services, spread smoke through a building and become life-threatening before people fully understand what is happening. Effective fire safety therefore starts long before anyone picks up an extinguisher.
