Prerequisites
This course is designed for learners who have completed Level 1 Foundation Course or who already have a basic understanding of workplace harassment and the South African legal framework. It is assumed that you are familiar with:
- The constitutional basis for equality and dignity
- The Employment Equity Act and Section 6 provisions
- The 2022 Code of Good Practice on the Prevention and Elimination of Harassment
- The different types of workplace harassment
- Basic employer obligations and employee rights
