Welcome to This Course
Welcome to Time Management Level 2: Intermediate. This course builds on the foundational concepts covered in Level 1 and equips you with more advanced techniques for managing time in complex workplace environments.
At the intermediate level, you are expected to have a basic understanding of time management principles and some practical experience applying them. This course takes you deeper into the strategies and tools used by effective professionals to handle competing demands, lead meetings efficiently, delegate appropriately, leverage technology, and maintain a healthy work-life balance within the South African legal framework.
The workplace in South Africa presents unique challenges for time management: power interruptions, long commuting distances in urban centres, diverse workforce dynamics, and a complex labour law environment. This course addresses these realities and provides practical solutions tailored to the South African context.
