Welcome to the Harassment in the Workplace Level 3 Advanced Course. This course takes a strategic, advanced approach to harassment prevention and management. Rather than simply describing legal requirements, we examine the jurisprudential foundations, analyse complex case law in depth, explore expert investigation methodology, develop policy architecture, and design organisational transformation strategies.
