Welcome to the Level 3 Mastery Course on Understanding the Employment Equity Act. This is the final and most advanced level of our training programme. By completing this course, you will develop expert-level skills in completing the key Employment Equity forms and will be equipped to manage employment equity compliance with confidence and accuracy.
This course focuses heavily on the practical application of your knowledge. You will work through each form in detail, learning exactly what information is required, where to find it, how to present it correctly, and how to avoid common errors. You will also complete a comprehensive case study that simulates the entire employment equity compliance process from start to finish.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this Level 3 course, you will be able to:

Prerequisites
This Level 3 course assumes that you have completed Levels 1 and 2, or have equivalent comprehensive knowledge of the Employment Equity Act. You should be thoroughly familiar with the definition of designated groups, designated employers, the structure of the Act, the key amendments, the 2025 Regulations, and the 5-year sectoral numerical targets.
